Experienced Nurse Recruiter needed for foreign recruitment in a New York based Health Care Staffing Firm. The position offers high growth opportunity. Start with commission with the option to rapidly switch to a salary plus commission role. Applicant must be an experienced nurse recruiter! A registered nurse/healthcare background is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
• Conduct screenings/interviews via the phone.
• Must be able to build relationships with candidates.
• Present job opportunities with confidence
• Securing contracts from local healthcare organizations for job placement
You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be a motivated self starter, goal oriented person, have the ability to negotiate and close deals with speed and accuracy.
